Privacy Policy

The short version

MamoDex is free and stays free. We do not run ads, we do not sell or share your data, and we do not use tracking or analytics cookies. We store the minimum needed to run your account and your collection.

What we collect

• Your email address, used only to identify your account.
• A hashed version of your password. We never store or see the password itself.
• Your collection data: which cards you track, quantities, variants, conditions, and any notes you add.
• A daily snapshot of your collection's total value, so your dashboard can show history.

Cookies

One cookie: a session token that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. Browsing without an account sets no cookies at all.

Where your data lives

The app runs on Vercel and data is stored in a Neon Postgres database. Card data and market prices come from open Pokemon TCG data sources and describe cards, not you.

Deleting your data

Email ara@bottlenecklabs.ai from your account email and we will delete your account and all associated data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will never quietly start collecting more than what is listed here.
